Keto Chicken Nuggets

These Keto Chicken Nuggets are crispy and delicious! Just mix canned chicken, eggs, spices, and shredded cheese, then air fry for 12-14 minutes. For extra flavor, add some Frank’s Red Hot sauce. They’re perfect for snacking or a quick meal

 

Crispy Keto Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

2 (12 oz) cans of chicken
2 eggs
Garlic powder
Minced onions
Poultry seasoning
Pink salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket well with cooking spray.

Drain the canned chicken and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add eggs, garlic powder, minced onions, poultry seasoning, pink salt, and pepper to the bowl with the chicken.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Fold in the shredded cheddar and pepper Jack cheese into the chicken mixture.

Form the chicken mixture into nugget shapes using your hands or a spoon.

Place the nuggets in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.

Air fry the nuggets for 12-14 minutes, turning them once halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping.

Once the nuggets are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

For an extra kick of flavor, you can add some Frank’s RedHot sauce to the chicken mixture before forming the nuggets.
