Keto Cheesy Taco Pockets

1 package taco seasoning
1 lb ground meat
1/2 cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 keto tortillas

How to Make:

Brown the ground meat in a skillet and break it up with a spatula.
Drain the fat from the pan.
Add the package of taco seasoning mix, following the package directions.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the salsa and mix well.
Hold a tortilla in your hand and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla.
Top with some of the taco flavored beef, to cover the cheese and salsa mixture.
Sprinkle with some shredded cheese.
Fold the tortilla and tuck in the ends like a burrito.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the stuffed tortilla on the prepared sheet.
Brush the tops of the tortilla pockets with melted butter.

Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and add your choice of toppings such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives and more cheese.
