Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup MCT oil
- 20 drops monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
- Dash of Himalayan salt

Instructions:
- Prepare a double boiler or a heatproof bowl placed over a pot of simmering water.
- Add coconut oil, almond butter, and MCT oil to the double boiler or heatproof bowl.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are completely melted and well combined.
- Once melted, remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- While the mixture is cooling, prepare your dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, sift together the cacao powder and Himalayan salt.
- Once the wet mixture has cooled slightly but is still liquid, add the monk fruit sweetener to it. Stir well to ensure it’s evenly distributed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients (cacao powder and salt) to the wet mixture, whisking continuously until everything is well blended and smooth.
- Line a mini cupcake pan with mini cupcake wrappers.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the mini cupcake wrappers, filling each one about 3/4 full.
- Transfer the filled cupcake pan to the freezer and let the fat bombs set for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Once the fat bombs are completely set, remove them from the freezer and transfer them to an airtight container.
- Store the fat bombs in the freezer until ready to serve. They can be kept in the freezer for several weeks.
