Keto Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
  3. Mix Ingredients: To the melted cheese mixture, add the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Add Eggs: Once the mixture has cooled slightly (to avoid cooking the eggs), add the beaten eggs and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Form Bread: Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a rectangle or desired shape, about ½ inch thick.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the garlic bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Optional Toppings: If desired, sprinkle additional garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic bread during the last few minutes of baking.
  8. Serve: Allow the garlic bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
