  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cleaned and trimmed mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the mushrooms evenly.
  3. Spread the coated mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
