  • 8 slices of pepperoni or salami
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (look for low-carb options)
  • Optional fillings: chopped bell peppers, olives, cooked sausage, etc.


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
  3. Add the dried oregano and garlic powder to the melted cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
