Keto Tahini bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, flax seeds, or chia seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the tahini and eggs. Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Add the baking powder and salt to the tahini-egg mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Optionally, sprinkle some sesame seeds, flax seeds, or chia seeds on top for added texture and flavor.
- Bake the tahini bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once the bread is fully baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
