- 8 oz (225 g) imitation crab, chopped
- ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Β½ cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp dill pickle, finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped β optional
- 1β2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard β optional
- ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt, to taste
- 1β2 tbsp finely diced red onion β optional

- Prepare the crab
Chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces. If the pieces are stringy, gently pull them apart with your fingers for a better salad texture. - Make the creamy dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt. - Add the vegetables
Stir in the diced celery, dill pickle, fresh dill, and red onion if using. - Combine
Add the chopped crab and gently fold everything together until evenly coated. - Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 20β30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
