π« High-Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Fluff Cups
Creamy, chocolatey, peanut-buttery, and packed with protein! These easy fluff cups make a delicious snack or dessert when you want something sweet without a lot of work.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1β2 tsp honey or zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- 2β3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed
- 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips, optional
- Optional: extra peanut butter or cocoa powder for topping
Instructions
- Make the base
Add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a mixing bowl. - Mix until creamy
Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and thick, with no visible pockets of protein powder. - Adjust the texture
Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition. Stop when the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy but still thick enough to hold its shape. - Add peanut butter
Gently swirl in the natural peanut butter. You can fully mix it in or leave a few peanut-butter ribbons throughout. - Add chocolate chips
Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips if using. - Portion
Divide the mixture between 2β4 small cups, ramekins, or dessert glasses. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Chilling helps the fluff become thicker and gives the flavors time to develop. - Serve
Top with a small drizzle of peanut butter, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or a few chocolate chips. Serve cold.
πͺ High-Protein & Lower-Carb Tip
For a lower-carb version, use unsweetened Greek yogurt, a low-carb protein powder, powdered peanut butter with no added sugar, and a zero-calorie sweetener instead of honey. Skip the chocolate chips or use sugar-free chips.
Storage
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving if the mixture has thickened.
For your usual high-protein + low-carb/weight-loss style, Iβd choose the zero-calorie sweetener and skip the honey.
