Keto Avocado Ferrero Rocher Fat Bombs

Save this easy keto chocolate treat for your next sweet craving! These creamy avocado truffles are coated in rich sugar-free chocolate and crunchy roasted hazelnuts for a delicious Ferrero Rocher-inspired dessert without the added sugar.

Prep: 20 minutes | Chill: 50 minutes | Makes: 12

Estimated per serving: 170 calories | 3g net carbs | 4g protein | 16g fat

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, mashed smooth

1/4 cup keto protein powder

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 tbsp powdered erythritol or allulose

100g sugar-free dark chocolate

1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix the avocado, protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until a thick mixture forms. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

Roll the mixture into 12 small balls, pressing a whole roasted hazelnut into the center if desired. Roll in chopped hazelnuts, then dip each ball into melted sugar-free chocolate.

Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for the best freshness.

Tip: Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor. Keep refrigerated because the filling contains fresh avocado.

Which would you try first: the crunchy hazelnut coating or the creamy chocolate center?
