Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein isolate
- ½ cup chilled strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
- 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce for drizzling
- 2 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
Optional Topping
- Sugar-free whipped cream
- A light drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce

Instructions
1. Prepare the Coffee

3. Add Ice
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
4. Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until thick, creamy, and frothy. Add a splash of almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
5. Prepare the Glass
Drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
6. Pour and Serve
Pour the blended coffee mixture into the prepared glass.
7. Add Toppings
Top with sugar-free whipped cream and another light caramel drizzle if desired.
Enjoy immediately while cold and frosty!
