- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice zucchini into ¼-inch rounds. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
