Ingredients: For the Beef Filling:
  • 1/4 pound (4 oz) ground beef
  • 1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water

  1. Start by preparing the ground beef filling. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add half a packet of taco seasoning mix (adjust to your taste) and 1/4 cup of water to the cooked beef. Simmer for a few minutes until the seasoning is well incorporated, and the mixture thickens. Set aside.
  3. Warm the flour tortilla in a microwave or on a dry skillet to make it pliable.
  4. Assemble the wrap: Lay the warmed tortilla on a clean surface.
  5. In the center of the tortilla, add the seasoned white rice.
  6. Top the rice with the beef filling.
  7. Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the beef and rice.
  8. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips or crunchy red strips over the cheese sauce.
  9. If desired, add a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa on top of the nacho cheese sauce.
  10. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap.
