Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Chaffle:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Labanto Monkfruit or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

For the Filling:

  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat a mini Chaffle iron.
  2. Chocolate Chaffle Batter:
    • In a small bowl, combine the egg, unsweetened cocoa, sweetener, heavy cream, coconut flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Cooking the Chaffles:
