Cheesy Tuna Melt Pockets
These pocket meals are perfect for a satisfying and flavorful lunch during your 16:8 fasting .
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 slices of low-carb tortillas or wraps

Instructions:
- Prepare Tuna Salad: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, diced red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
