CRAB RANGOON WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Mozzarella cheese slices
8 oz cream cheese softened
4 oz crab meat diced
Place mozzarella cheese slices on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the cheese slices in oven on 375* for about 5 minutes. Watch for it to begin to bubble and edges to start to brown a little.
Then remove from oven.
Mix cream cheese, crab meat and garlic powder.
Put a spoonful of mixture on each cheese slice and then fold in half on a diagonal.
Pinch the edges and put back in the oven for a minute or 2.
