Instructions:
- Toast Pecans: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecan halves on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they become fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning. Once toasted, set aside to cool.
- Prepare Caramel Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the granulated erythritol and stir until it dissolves, forming a caramel-like mixture. Be careful not to burn the sweetener.

- Chill: Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the clusters have hardened.
