Hotdog Chili Recipe
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can of tomato paste
1/4 cup of G Hughes sugar-free ketchup
Chili powder (to taste)
Onion powder (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Cayenne powder (to taste)
Brown the ground beef in a pan and add the spices to the raw meat.
Drain any excess fat and add the can of Rotel, tomato paste, and ketchup to the beef.
Stir everything together and bring to a boil.
Adjust the spices to your taste preference.
To serve, top your hotdog with the chili and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
We used Oroweat Keto Buns for our hotdogs.
