Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole


  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until they are crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the cooked chicken and broccoli florets in the greased casserole dish. Pour the cream mixture over the top and mix gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
