Keto Choco Pistachio Dessert
INGREDIENTS (3 portion):

150g almond milk 0 sugar

1 tbsp of stevia (powder)

1 tsp of cocoa powder

4g of agar agar

150g of egg white
-
25g of cream 100% pistachio

10g of dark chocolate 85%

20g of protein flakes no carb
DIRECTIONS:

Mix milk, cocoa powder, stevia and agar agar and pour them in a little pot.

Stir gently on low heat and add egg white and pistachio cream and continue mixing.

Once it start to boil keep mixing for 2 minutes and then take off from heating.

Pour it in little molds and push a piece of chocolate in the middle and spread the flakes on top.

Let it cool down in the refrigerator 3-4 hours.

Reverse from molds and decorate with the pistachio cream on top and some chocolate.
