Keto Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredient:
1 cup almond flour
2 egg whites
1 egg
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Stevia
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Instruction:
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease a cupcake mold.
2 Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
3 Mix wet ingredients with electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
4 Slowly add dry ingredients to the mix and continue mixing for 2 minutes.
5 With a spoon, pour batter evenly among the cups.
6 Bake for 15-18 minutes. Stick a toothpick into the center of the cupcakes to make sure they’re done–they are when the toothpick comes out clean.
