Keto Cinnamon Coffee Cake


For the Cake:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Streusel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl (erythritol and ground cinnamon).
  6. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
  8. Carefully spread the remaining cake batter over the cinnamon swirl layer.
  9. In a separate bowl, prepare the streusel topping by mixing together the almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and ground cinnamon. The mixture should resemble coarse crumbs.
  10. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the top of the cake batter.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  12. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for about 15-20 minutes.
  13. After the cake has cooled slightly, you can lift it out of the baking dish using the parchment paper or cut it directly in the dish.
  14. Serve the keto cinnamon coffee cake warm, and enjoy!
