Keto Copycat Rumchata
I haven’t had Rumchata in awhile, but this tasted pretty damn close to how I remember.
4 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
2 oz White Rum
4-6 oz Almond Milk to taste
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 tsp Erythritol Sweetener
Put it all in a shaker and shake well with 2 ice cubes. Done!
Sorry, no macros. Also, you can substitute coconut milk (the 100% creamy kind in the can) for the heavy cream, just use 5-6 oz.
