This flavorful and cheesy keto-friendly dish makes a satisfying meal. You can pair it with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete low-carb dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup bacon crumbles
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a casserole dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken tenders evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine half of the mozzarella cheese (4 oz) and half of the bacon crumbles (1/2 cup) with the softened cream cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and salt to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken tenders in the casserole dish, ensuring they are well coated.
- Top the chicken and cream cheese mixture with the remaining half of the mozzarella cheese (4 oz) and bacon crumbles (1/2 cup).
- Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
