Keto Crack Chicken

This flavorful and cheesy keto-friendly dish makes a satisfying meal. You can pair it with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete low-carb dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a casserole dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken tenders evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the mozzarella cheese (4 oz) and half of the bacon crumbles (1/2 cup) with the softened cream cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and salt to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken tenders in the casserole dish, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. Top the chicken and cream cheese mixture with the remaining half of the mozzarella cheese (4 oz) and bacon crumbles (1/2 cup).
  8. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
