Keto Crust.

– 2 cans of chicken
– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
– 3 eggs
– Italian seasoning/ garlic powder/ pepper

Toppings:
– Marinara sauce
– Pepperoni
– Mozzarella cheese
– Sharp Cheddar
– Jalapeños

1. Drain juice from canned chicken, spread out on parchment paper, pop it in the oven for 10 minutes on 350° to dry it out.
2. Dried chicken, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Italian Seasoning. Garlic powder. Pepper. Mix Thoroughly
3. Spread mixture on parchment paper and pop in the oven for 10 minutes on 500°
4. Take it out and put your desired toppings on. Pop it back in for another 10 minutes or until you think it’s ready and brown at 500°.
