Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 can sugar-free whipped cream
  • Monkfruit sweetener (to taste)
  • Handful of Lily’s Skinny Dipped semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator and allow it to soften.
    • Measure out 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
    • Ensure the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free whipped cream, and chocolate chips are ready.
  2. Combine Cream Cheese and Almond Milk:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsweetened almond milk.
  3. Mix in Vanilla Pudding:
    • Sprinkle the entire box of sugar-free vanilla pudding mix into the bowl with cream cheese and almond milk.
  4. Add Sugar-Free Whipped Cream:
    • Gently fold in 1/2 can of sugar-free whipped cream into the mixture. Be careful not to overmix; you want to keep the fluff light and airy.
  5. Sweeten to Taste:
    • Start by adding monkfruit sweetener to the mixture, tasting as you go. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference. Remember, sweetness can vary, so trust your taste buds.
  6. Fold in Chocolate Chips:
    • Add a handful of Lily’s Skinny Dipped semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture. Gently fold them in, distributing them evenly.
  7. Mix Until Stiff:
    • Use either a fork or an electric mixer to combine the ingredients until the mixture reaches a slightly stiff consistency. This usually takes a few minutes, and you’ll notice the fluff becoming more solid.
  8. Refrigerate:
