Keto-Friendly Broccoli Chicken Pesto Pasta


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 onion minced

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into ½ inch strips

  • 1 cup light cream or half and half

  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup pesto

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste

  • 4 cups zoodles (appx)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets frozen or fresh

Browned chicken in olive oil in a large sauté pan. Then added broccoli florets, onion and garlic until lightly browned as well. Next, added pesto, cream, and parmesan and mixed until chicken and broccoli are thoroughly coated. Let simmer until thickens slightly, then add zoodles over top and mix through. Serve in a bowl with a bit more fresh parmesan on top.

Sorry, I’m not sure of the nutrition macros on this. Would love if anyone has links to a calculator or sorts that would help me calculate that stuff in the future.
