This recipe offers a delicious way to satisfy pizza cravings while staying low-carb.

Ingredients:

  • Zero-carb bread (from Aldi’s or any keto-friendly bread of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Ragu pizza sauce (or any low-carb pizza sauce)
  • Shredded cheeses (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite blend)
  • Mushroom pieces
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Sauce:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, soften 2 tablespoons of cream cheese in the microwave.
    • Mix the softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of Ragu pizza sauce until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Bread:
    • Place the slices of zero-carb bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Sauce:
    • Spread the cream cheese and pizza sauce mixture evenly over each slice of bread, ensuring to cover the entire surface.
