Keto Grilled Chicken Buffalo Dip Sandwich on Cheesebuns
Chopped grilled chicken breast topped with a store-bought buffalo chicken dip, sautéed mushrooms and chives, then squished between two of my cheesebuns. Added 0 calorie cajun seasoning to the chicken before we grilled it, as well as to the cheesebuns mixture. Super flavorful.
***Note: The cheesebuns recipe now also includes the cheese measurements in grams.
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup parmesan, grated or shredded (grated preferred)
Combine all ingredients.
Season to your liking.
Divide into 4 mounds (cheesebuns) or 1 mound (pizza dough) and place on a parchment paper or silicone baking mat-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
