Ingredients:
- 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons monk fruit (adjust to taste)
- Keto whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:
- Brew and Cool Coffee:
- Brew 1 cup of coffee using your preferred method.
- Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate until cold.
- Prepare Coffee Ice Cubes:
- Pour the cooled coffee into ice cube trays.
- Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours or until the coffee is completely frozen.
- Prepare the Mocha Base:

- You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
