Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit (adjust to taste)
  • Keto whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Brew and Cool Coffee:
    • Brew 1 cup of coffee using your preferred method.
    • Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate until cold.
  2. Prepare Coffee Ice Cubes:
    • Pour the cooled coffee into ice cube trays.
    • Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours or until the coffee is completely frozen.
  3. Prepare the Mocha Base:
    • In a blender, combine the heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, monk fruit, and the coffee ice cubes.
    • If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can adjust the amount of monk fruit according to your liking.
  4. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
    • You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Pour Into Cup:
    • Pour the blended mocha mixture into a cup of your choice.
  6. Top with Keto Whipped Cream:
    • Add a generous dollop of keto whipped cream on top of the mocha.
    • You can either use store-bought keto whipped cream or make your own using heavy cream and a keto-friendly sweetener.
  7. Optional Garnish (if desired):
