KETO/LOW CARB CHEESY GARLIC BREADSTICKS
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Knead the dough for a minute or two until it forms a smooth ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the minced garlic and chopped parsley on top of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top of the garlic and parsley.
Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the long side, to form a long log.
Cut the log into 1-inch slices, and place the slices on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
