Keto Pecan Pralines


  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetener, heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir constantly until the sweetener is dissolved and the mixture begins to bubble.
  3. Continue to cook and stir for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the pecan halves until they are evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Let cool completely until the pralines harden.
