  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with parchment liners or grease them lightly with coconut oil or cooking spray.
