Pizza bowls

Ingredients:

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings like cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Red pepper flakes (optional, for some spice)
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, black olives (if using), dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Grease individual oven-safe bowls or ramekins with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

Spoon the pizza mixture into each bowl, filling them about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each pizza bowl.

If you like it spicy, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes on top.

Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are cooked to your liking.

Once done, remove the pizza bowls from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired, before serving.
