White bread loaf
2 1/2 cups almond flour 2 cups whey protein ISOLATE unflavored 4 tbsps Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsps baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsps xantham gum2 tbsps olive oil Salt OPTIONAL: 1 tsp dry active yeast (for flavour) 1 tsp sweetener 2 cups Hot water
Take a mixing bowl and add the almond flour, whey protein isolate (see that you use the isolate and not the concentrate),baking powder, baking soda,xantham gum, sweetener and salt. Give this all a dry mix with a spatula. The dry active yeast is completely optional and you can add it to the dry mixture if you wish to. Now add the Apple cider vinegar and oil and give it another mix with a spatula. Lastly add the hot water cup by cup. You will see the entire mixture frothing up and becoming light and airy. This is exactly how you want it to be. Take a loaf pan and line it with baking/ parchment paper and drop the mixture in seeing that it goes end to end. This is not a mixture you need to press down, all you need to do is smoother it out with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 deg f or 180 deg c for 25 mins and there you go , you have your first WHITE BREAD LOAF to enjoy !
