9 Instant Pot Keto Recipes
There are two things that I like to save:
[AdSense-A]
- Money
- Time
Before I got wise about cooking, I use to spend a LOT of money on crappy food just making sure I had a lot of mini-meals. That’s not a good way to save money or time.
What I soon discovered (thanks to the wife) that the best thing you can do is to prepare a lot of food at once so you have your meals ready for you throughout the week.
This makes complete sense.
However, it doesn’t make much sense if you aren’t being healthy as well. The healthier you are, the less your medical bills, the more money you save.
So we’ve been on the ketogenic diet for over a year now and we love it. In fact, when you combine it with an Instant Pot it completely changes your life.
Now we are able to save time and money, while also being at the health level that we’ve always desired.
If you’re curious about the ketogenic diet or just want to know some awesome Instant Pot recipes that you can prepare for yourself, then look no further.
I’ve put together 9 of my favorite Instant Pot keto recipes for you to try out.
9 Instant Pot Keto Recipes to Try This Week
Please don’t let the term ketogenic diet scare you. Keto simply means you are reducing your carbs and odds are you aren’t going to be cooking carbs in an instant pot anyways.
Meat and veggies!
I’m sure you can easily get behind that.
Instant Pot Smothered Pork Chops

Who doesn’t love a good pork chop? It wasn’t until my early 30s when I learned that you don’t actually have to grill your pork chops to eat them!
You can cook them lots of different ways which was a fascinating thing to learn.
If you’re surprised that I didn’t know this then you shouldn’t be too surprised because I used to be the guy that boiled his chicken.
Seriously.
Be sure to use the boneless pork loin chops for this recipe.

Easy Balsamic Beef Pot Roast

I remember when I was little and my mom would make pot roast in the crockpot. I loved that damn meal.
Pot roast, potatoes, and carrots. I could eat that for days and I usually did. Then she would get mad at me because I ate it all but I didn’t care.
They should’ve eaten it first.

Keto Low Carb Chili

I have very few rules in life but one of them is that if you don’t like chili then we have nothing in common.
Seriously, you have to love chili.
Why?
[AdSense-B]
Because there are so many different types of chili out there! You can’t say you don’t like chili when you haven’t tried all of the chilis.
That means you need to try this chili and if it doesn’t work for you then again, I’m not sure we have anything in common.

Keto Pressure Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken

Garlic is definitely one of those things that you either love or hate.
I tend to like it in the right portions but if you overdo it then it can chase me away. That’s why you have to be careful with this garlic butter chicken. Add the right amount of garlic and you have a winner. Add too much and you’ve wasted a perfectly good chicken.
Don’t waste a perfectly good chicken.
Serve with low-carb veggies (spincah is recommended) on the side for a complete meal.

Instant Pot Low-Carb Cheesecake

Okay, you’re going to think I have issues but remember that talk we had about chili? Where I said if you aren’t down with chili then you can’t be down with me?
Same thing applies to cheesecake. I’m being serious.
You have to love cheesecake.
Funny sidenote, in elementary school my classmates didn’t want to try cheesecake because they thought it was made from American cheese and that didn’t sound appealing to them.
Of course, that isn’t appealing! That’s disgusting!!!

Instant Pot Keto Carrot Cake

In contrast, I can totally see a cake working in an Instant Pot because on the cooking shows they make cake work in microwaves!
I’m starting to think that cake is a universal dessert that can be made in anything.
Cake is universal.
Swerve is also used in this recipe as the sugar-replacement.
