- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp lemon juice

👩🍳 Instructions
- Make the beef filling
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook for 6–8 minutes, until completely cooked through and nicely browned.
- Season the beef
Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and tomato paste. Stir well.
Pour in ¼ cup water and simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes juicy but not watery.
Turn off the heat and mix in the shredded cheese. Allow the filling to cool slightly.
- Make the sauce
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and optional chili sauce in a small bowl.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Assemble the wraps
Warm each tortilla for about 10–15 seconds so it becomes flexible.
Place some lettuce in the center, followed by:
- Seasoned ground beef
- Diced tomato
- Cucumber or bell pepper
- Shredded cheese
- Jalapeños, if using
- A generous drizzle of creamy sauce
Don’t overfill the tortilla, or it will be difficult to roll.
- Fold and roll
Fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center. Then fold the bottom over the filling and roll tightly upward, creating a neat wrap. - Toast the wraps
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
