Ingredients
Base mixture
- 1 cup (240g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein isolate
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (add as needed)
- 1–2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
1. Chocolate Brownie Flavor
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
2. Peanut Butter Cup Flavor
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
3. Strawberry Cheesecake Flavor
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese, softened
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A little extra sweetener to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the protein base
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Adjust the consistency
Add almond milk gradually, about 1 teaspoon at a time. Mix until the texture becomes thick, smooth, and pudding-like. Avoid adding too much milk because protein sludge should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Step 3: Make the chocolate brownie flavor
Take one-third of the base mixture and place it in a small bowl. Add cocoa powder and sugar-free chocolate syrup. Stir until completely combined. Top with sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
Step 4: Make the peanut butter cup flavor
Place another third of the base mixture in a separate bowl. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Mix until thick, creamy, and chocolatey.
Step 5: Make the strawberry cheesecake flavor
Add softened cream cheese, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract to the remaining mixture. Stir until creamy and evenly combined.
Step 6: Chill and serve
Enjoy immediately for a soft, thick texture, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes for an even thicker consistency.
