Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup sugar-free white chocolate baking chips
- ½ cup roasted peanuts, preferably unsalted or lightly salted
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate, melted, for drizzling
- Optional: small pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the peanut butter mixture
Add the peanut butter and sugar-free white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds, stir, then continue in 10–15 second intervals, stirring each time, until completely smooth. - Add the peanuts
Stir the peanuts into the melted mixture until every peanut is well coated. - Form the clusters
Line a plate or small baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into 8–10 small clusters, leaving space between each one. - Melt the chocolate
Melt the sugar-free chocolate in the microwave in 15–20 second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. - Drizzle
Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over each peanut cluster. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt if you like a salty-sweet Snickers flavor. - Chill
Place the clusters in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, or until the chocolate and white-chocolate mixture have completely set. - Serve
Once firm, peel the clusters from the parchment and enjoy!
