🛒 Ingredients — 1 Serving
For the Burger Bowl
- 5 oz (140 g) lean ground beef
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
Creamy Burger Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar-free ketchup
- ½ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper

- Make the sauce:
Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate while preparing the bowl. - Season the beef:
Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the ground beef. Mix gently. - Cook the beef:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, until fully browned and cooked through. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. - Cook the mushrooms and onion:
Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add oil, mushrooms, and onion. Sauté for 4–5 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned. - Add the cheese:
Mix the beef and mushrooms together. Place the Swiss cheese on top and cover the skillet for 1–2 minutes, until the cheese melts. - Build the bowl:
Add shredded lettuce or greens to a bowl. Spoon the hot mushroom-Swiss beef mixture over the top. - Finish:
Drizzle with the creamy burger sauce and serve immediately.
