Pecan Pie Dip

Servings: 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

πŸ›’ Ingredients

Creamy Base

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • Β½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ΒΌ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener, or to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Β½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Pecan Pie Topping

  • ΒΎ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or brown monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

  1. Make the creamy base: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until creamy.
  2. Prepare the pecan topping: Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add chopped pecans and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the brown sweetener, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Stir for another 1–2 minutes, until glossy and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl and spoon the warm pecan mixture over the top.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes for a thicker, more flavorful dip.

🍎 Serving Ideas

Serve with apple slices, strawberries, low-carb crackers, or keto-friendly cookies.

πŸ’‘ Sugar-Free / Keto Option

Use monk fruit sweetener in both the creamy base and pecan topping, and serve with low-carb dippers. This makes the dip much more keto-friendly while keeping the classic pecan-pie flavor.
