💪 Nutrition
The exact nutrition depends on your bread, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Using high-protein bread and low-fat cottage cheese/Greek yogurt makes this a high-protein, relatively low-carb breakfast.
Tip: For extra protein, add another tablespoon of cottage cheese or a little extra Greek yogurt.
This is high-protein and low-carb, but whether it fits a weight-loss plan depends on your overall calorie intake for the day.
