Creamy, fruity, and satisfying! This upgraded chia pudding uses Greek yogurt and protein powder for extra protein, with fewer carbs by using raspberries and just a little mango. It’s also no added sugar when you use unsweetened ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the creamy base

Whisk the almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth, with no lumps.

Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly. Wait 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.

  1. Refrigerate

Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

  1. Add the fruit

Divide into four portions. Top each with raspberries and a few mango cubes, if desired.
