Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- Cooked bacon or bacon bits (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a small bowl, scramble the egg.
- Add almond flour and shredded Cheddar cheese to the scrambled egg. Mix until well combined.
- If desired, crumble cooked bacon or add bacon bits to the batter and mix.
- Once the waffle iron is heated, lightly grease it with cooking spray or brush it with oil.
