Keto Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (sugar-free, natural peanut butter works best)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar replacement (such as powdered erythritol or powdered monk fruit sweetener)

Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, unsalted butter, and powdered sugar replacement.
- Microwave the mixture in short intervals, stirring each time until the ingredients are fully melted and well combined. Be careful not to overheat the mixture.
- Once melted and smooth, pour the mixture into a parchment paper-lined 9×9 inch pan or similar-sized dish. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Place the pan in the freezer and allow the fudge to set for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Once the fudge is set, remove it from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut it into 36 equal-sized pieces.
