Ingredients:

- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken or beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt for the biscuits.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the melted butter. Then, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them slightly with your hand to form biscuit shapes.
