Left side shows order from bottom up:
-6 scrambled eggs (whisked with 1 tbsp HWC and buttered pan, bit of pepper)
-mixed frozen veggies bag: broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts (sauteed with oil, bit of salt/pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce)
-cauliflower rice (frozen from Costco, microwaved 2 bags for 6 min each then sauteed with oil, garlic powder, soy sauce)
Sauteed the rest individually:
-tbsp minced garlic, 1 small diced onion
-chunks of rotisserie chicken (season with salt, pepper, soy sauce)
Combine (carefully) and enjoy!
