Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or red cabbage, or a mix)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (you can use keto-friendly mayonnaise)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (choose full-fat for keto)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded carrots (in moderation for lower carb count)
- Optional: Chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, powdered sweetener, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Add shredded cabbage (and shredded carrots, if using) to the dressing. Toss the cabbage until it’s evenly coated with the dressing.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
