FRENCH ONION SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 4 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 bay leaf

  • Instructions:
