Keto Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning, divided

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray, preferably olive oil spray.
  2. Prepare Cheese Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tablespoon of the Everything Bagel Seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Bake the Cheese Chips:
    • Using a teaspoon, scoop small portions of the cheese mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each scoop.
    • Flatten each cheese scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese chips are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Season and Cool:
    • Once baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining half tablespoon of Everything Bagel Seasoning over the hot cheese chips.
    • Allow the cheese chips to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to another dish to cool completely. This will help them firm up and become crispier.
